      internal gears are metal, good.
      i stripped the original plastic ones after brushless conversion on my 144001. hope these will hold up better.

        YES! It fits. Aside from the decals the124016 & 124018 are same rc, 016 has brushless motor, 018 has brushed motor. Same as the 134017 & 124019 are the same rc with the 017 having brushless motor and the 019 having a brushed motor. Make sure u open this up and properly shim it and grease it
