Em questão da qualidade do material, senti a falta de um acabamento nas laterais. os testes iniciais mostraram que funciona bem, entrega 13 v sem alimentar nenhum circuito, ao ser posto ao sol. Em locais poucos iluminados, a tensão fica em torno de 5 V, mas varia dependendo do local. irei fazer novos testes com carga, voltarei para relatar o comportamento da placa.
No quesito entrega, chegou dentro do prazo, o envio foi rápido, só demorou um pouco pra sair da alfândega, mas não fui taxado.

Measured about 14V in direct sunlight. I've not measured current. Well packaged. No soldering required. Comes with alligator clips attached (the cheap ones). Seems like a good panel for the price.
